Our Experience
Assisted Independence is a care provider based in Midlothian, and provides care all over Scotland. Founded by a carer, who has accumulated over 5 years of experience in the care industry in England and Scotland, including working in a care home, hospital and domiciliary care. We have chosen to focus on home care as it allows the time and space to provide a comprehensive person-cantered approach.
Our experience covers a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to dementia, Mental health, Stroke, COPD, spinal injuries, brain injuries, cerebral palsy, Physical disabilities, and Motor Neurone Disease.
Our Services
We provide assistance with a variety of day to day tasks, including personal care, medication prompting, companionship, moving and handling, eating and drinking and household duties. Additionally, we can assist with food shopping and accompany clients to hospital appointments.
Our services are available on hourly basis, as well as for daily and weekly care. We offer both awake and sleeping overnight care options to suit your needs.
